(وكذا الحكم فيهما) أي: في المعيَّن وما في الذمة (إذا كانت المصارفة) على شيئين من جنس واحد، لكن لا أرْشَ. (أو) كان (ما يجري فيه الربا من جنس واحد) كبُرٍّ معيَّن أو في الذمة، ببُرٍّ كذلك،
