كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(وإن باعه) أي: باع ربُّ البستان إنسانًا (شجرة) فأكثر من بستانه (فله) أي: للمشتري (تبقيتها في أرض البائع) إن لم يشترط قَلْعها (كثمر على شجر) بيع بعد بُدوِّ صلاحه.
