(وإن لم يكن قصده (١) ) أي: المبتاع (المال، وقصَدَ) المبتاع (تَرْكَ المال للرقيق لينتفع) الرقيق (به وحده، لم يُشترط) علمه بالمال، ولا غيره من الشروط؛ لأن المال دخل تبعًا.
