كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(وإذا اشترط مالَ الرقيق ثم رَدَّه) أي: الرقيق (بإقالة، أو خيار، أو عيب) أو غبنٍ، أو تدليس ونحوه (رَدَّ ماله) معه؛ لأنه عين مال أخذه المشتري به، فيرده بالفسخ كالعبد.
