كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(فإن تَلِفَ ماله) أي: الرقيق (وأراد) المشتري (ردَّه) بنحو عيب (فـ) ـله ذلك و (عليه) أي: المشتري (قيمة ما تلف) من المال (عنده) كما لو تعيّب عنده ثم ردَّه.
