(وإن جاءه) المسلمُ إليه (بجنس آخر) بأن أسلم في بُرٍّ، فجاءه بأرز، أو شعير (لم يجز له أخذه) لحديث: "من أسلَم في شيءٍ فلا يَصْرِفهُ إلى غيره" رواه أبو داود وابن ماجه .
