كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(وإن (٣) قال): أسلمت في كذا (إلى شهر كذا) أي: رمضان ونحوه (أو) قال: (مَحِلُّه شهر كذا، أو) قال: مَحِلُّه (فيه) أي: في شهر كذا (صَحَّ) لأنه أجلٌ معلومٌ (وحَلَّ بأوله) كما لو علق عليه طلاقًا أو عتقًا.
