(وإن قال) المسلِم للمسلَم إليه: (تؤديه) أي: السَّلَم (فيه) أي: في شهر كذا (لم يصحَّ) السَّلَم؛ لأنه جعله كله ظرفًا، فاحتمل أوله وآخره، فلم يكن أجلًا معلومًا.
