(فـ) علي هذا (لا يصح) السَّلَم (بصُبرة) مشاهدَةٍ لا يعلمان قَدْرها. (ولا) يصح السَّلَم (بما لا يمكن ضبطه بصفة، كجوهر ونحوه، فإن فعلا) أي: عقداه بذلك
