(ويُشترط كونه) أي: رأس مال السَّلَم (معلوم الصفة والقَدْر) كالمُسلَم فيه؛ لأنه قد يتأخر تسليم المعقود عليه، ولا يؤمن انفساخه، فوجب معرفة رأس ماله ليردَّ بدله كالقرض
