(وتصح زيادة رهن) بأن استدان منه مائة، ورهنه عليها عبدًا، ثم زاده عليها ثوبًا، فيصح؛ لأنه توثقة (ويكون حكمها) أي: الزيادة (حكم الأصل) المرهون أولًا.
