كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(وهو) أي: الرهن عنه بغير إذنه (نظير إعارته) أي: المَدين شيئًا (للرهن، وصرَّح به) أي: بجواز رهن الإنسان ماله عن غيره بغير رضاه (الشيخ (٤) ). إذا علمت أن الرهن يصح ممن يصح بيعه وتبرُّعه
