(وإن) استأجر، أو استعار شيئًا ليرهنه ورهنه بعشرة، ثم (قال) الراهن لربه: (أذنت لي في رهنه بعشرة فقال) ربه: (بل) أذنت لك في رهنه (بخمسة، فالقول قول المالك) بيمينه؛ لأنه منكر للإذن في الزيادة، ويكون رهنًا بالخمسة فقط.
