(فإن دله) أي: أرشده (عليه ثقة) أي: عدل ضابط، لزمه قصده، إن كان قريبًا عرفًا. (أو علمه قريبًا) عرفًا (لزمه قصده) ولم يصح تيممه إذن، لقدرته على استعماله، حيث لم يخف ضررًا، ولا فوت وقت ولا رفقة.
