(ولو رهن العبد المأذون) له في التجارة (من يعتق على السيد) كأبي سيده، وأخيه وعمه (لم يصح) رهنه (لأنه صار حرًّا بشرائه) لأن حقوق العقد متعلقة بالسيد؛ لأنه المالك.
