(غير منقول كعقار) من أرض وبناء، وغراس (و) كـ ( ثمر على شجر، وزرع في أرض فـ) قبضه (بالتخلية بينه وبين مرتهنه من غير حائل) لأنه المُتعارف في ذلك كله، كما تقدم في البيع .
