(وإذا رهنها) أي: الأَمَة (فبانت حائلًا) لا حمل بها (أو) بانت (حاملًا بولد لا يلحق بالراهن) لكونه من وطء شُبهة، أو زنىً، أو زوج (فالرهن) باق (بحاله) لعدم ما يبطله.
