(وإن خرج) الرهن (مستحقًا بعد دفع الثمن إلى المُرتَهِن، رجع المشتري على المُرتَهِن) بما قبضه؛ لأنه صار إليه بغير حق، فكان رجوعه عليه كما لو قبضه منه.
