(وإن عزلهما) الراهن، أي: المُرتَهِن أو العدل، عن بيع الرهن (أو مات) الراهن (عُزِلا) لأن الوكالة عقد جائز، فلم يلزم المقام عليها، وسواء (عَلِما) بعزله أو موته (أو لم يعلما) ذلك، كسائر الوكلاء.
