(ويصح أن يضمن الحق عن) المَدين (الواحدِ اثنان فأكثر, سواء ضَمنَ كلُّ واحد جميعه) أي: الدَّين (أو جزءًا) معلومًا (منه) لأن ما جاز ثبوته في ذِمة اثنين، جاز ثبوته في ذِمة أكثر منهما (فإن قالا: كلُّ واحد منا ضامن لك الألف) الذي عليه
