كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(فلو سَلَّمه أحدهما) أي: الكفيلين (برئ) الذي سلَّمه منه (وبرئ كفيله به) من كفالته برقبته؛ لبراءة الفرع ببراءة أصله. و (لا) ببرأ كفيله (من إحضار المكفول) لأنه لم يسلمه، ولم يبرئه ربُّ الحق، ولا يبرأ أصله.
