(ويصح) ضمان العبد (بإذنه) أي: إذن سيده؛ لأنه لو أَذِنَ له في التصرُّف لصح، فكذا هنا (ويتعلَّق) ما ضمنه العبد بإذن سيده (بذمة السيد) كاستدانته.
