كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(وإن أطلق) القاضي أو المبرئ اللفظ والنية، فلم يعينهما (صرفه) أي: ما قضاه، أو أبرأ منه (إلى ما شاء منهما) أي: من الأصل والضمان (كما تقدم) في الرهن والزكاة إذا وجبت عليه لنصابين.
