(أو) أحال (الزوجُ امرأته) بالصداق قبل الدخول (أو) أحال (المشتري البائعَ بثمن المبيع في مدة الخيارين، صح) ذلك؛ لأن المدين له تسليم الدَّيْن قبل استقراره، وحَوالته به تقوم مقام تسليمه.
