(وإن) طلَّقها وأنكر فـ ( دفعت إليه مالًا ليقر لها بما وقع) منه (من طلاقها، صَحَّ) لأنه يجوز لها أن تبذل له مالًا ليبينها (وحرُمَ عليه الأخذ) لأن الإقرار بما وقع منه واجب عليه، فلا يجوز له أن يعتاض عنه.
