(ويملكانه) أي: يملك الغريم الإبراء، والعبدُ العتقَ (لأنفسهما بالوكالة الخاصة) بأن وكَّله غريمه في إبراء نفسه، أو وكَّل عبدَه في إعتاق نفسه، و (لا) يملكان ذلك بالوكالة (العامة) ومثلهما الطلاق
