(وإن وكَّله) ربُّ الدين (في إبراء غرمائه، لم يكن له) أي: الوكيل (أن يبرئ نفسه، كما لو وكَّله في حبسهم) أي: الغرماء (لم يملك حَبْس نفسه) لما سبق.
