(ولا أن يأخذ به) أي: بمال الشركة (سَفْتَجة) ببفتح السين والتاء، ذكره في "حاشيته" (بأن يدفع إلى إنسان شيئًا من مال الشركة ويأخذ به (٣) كتابًا إلى وكيله ببلد آخر ليستوفي منه ذلك المال) بتلك البلد؛ لأن فيها خطرًا
