(وإذا شرطا) أي: المتقارضان (جزءًا) ، معلومًا (من الربح لغير العامل، فإن كان) شرط (لعبد أحدهما، أو) كان شرط (لعبديهما، صح، وكان) في الحقيقة (مشروطًا لسيده) لأن العبد لا يملك، وماله لسيده.
