(ولو قال) ربُّ المال: ضاربْ بهذا المال شهرًا (ومتى مضى الأجل، فهو) أي: مال المضاربة (قرض) صح ذلك. (فـ) ـإن (مضى) الأجل (وهو) أي: المال (ناضٌّ صار) المال (قرضًا، وإن مضى) الأجل
