(وإن دفع) ربُّ المال (إليه) أي: إلى المضارب (ألفين في وقتين لم يخلطهما) بغير إذن ربِّ المال؛ لأنه أفرد كلَّ واحد بعقد، فكانا عقدين، فلا تجبر وضيعة أحدهما بربح الآخر، كما لو نهاه عن ذلك.
