(فإن فسدت الشركة) لنحو جهالة ربح (قُسم الحاصل بينهما على قَدْرٍ أَجْرِ عملهما، و) على قَدْرِ (أجر الدار والآلة) لأن العوض قد أخذ في مقابلة تلك المنافع، فلزم توزيعه عليها بالمحاصَّة كما لو أجروها بأجر واحد.
