(وتجوز إجارةُ الأرض بجنس ما يخرج منها) بأن أجرها لمن يزرعها بُرًّا بقفيز بُرٍّ، إن لم يقل: مما يخرج منها، وإلا؛ لم يصح (وتقدم في الباب قبله (١) ) مفصلًا.
