(وإذا مات في ماء يسير حيوان، وشك في نجاسته) بأن لم يدر: أله نفس سائلة أم لا؟ (لم ينجس) الماء؛ لأن الأصل طهارته، فيبقى عليها، حتى يتحقق انتقاله عنها.
