(وإن ختن صبيًّا) ذكرًا أو أنثى (بغير إذن وليه) ضمن سرايته (أو قَطَعَ سِلْعة من مكلَّف بغير إذنه) ضمن السراية (أو) قطع سِلْعة (من صبي بغير إذن وليه، فسَرت جنايته، ضمن) لأنه غير مأذون فيه
