(وإن قال) المؤجر: (آجرتُكها سنة بدينار، قال) المستأجر: (بل سنتين بدينار، تحالفا، وصارا كما لو اختلفا في العوض مع اتفاق المدَّة) لأنه لم يوجد الاتفاق منهما على مدة بعوض.
