(وأما الخشبة) إذا حصلت في الدار من غير تفريط صاحبها (فإن كان كسرها أكثر ضررًا من نقض الباب) بأن تنقص قيمتها بالكسر أكثر من أَرْش نقضه وإصلاحه (فكالفَصيل) فينقض الباب، ويغرم صاحبها أرش نقضه وإصلاحه
