(ولا شُفعة بشركة وقفٍ) فدارٌ نصفها وقفٌ ونصفها طِلْقٌ، وبِيْعَ الطِّلْقُ، لا شُفعة للموقوف عليه ولو معينًا (لأن ملكه غير تام) أشبه مالك المنفعة.
