(فإن كان) الثمن (مِثليًّا فـ) إن الشفيع يأخذه (بمثْله) أي: الثمن (وإلا) يكن الثمن مثليًّا (فـ) إن الشفيع يأخذه (بقيمته) أي: الثمن؛ لأنها بدله في القرض والإتلاف (وقت لزومه) أي: العقد؛ لأنه حين استحقاق الأخذ.
