(وإن دفع) المشتري لبائع (مكيلًا) كَبُرٍّ وزيتٍ (بوزنٍ، أخذ) من الشفيع (مثل كيله، كقرضٍ) أي: كما لو أقرضه مكيلًا بوزن، فإنه يسترد مثل كيله، اعتبارًا بمعياره الشرعي، وكذا عكسه.
