(وإن كان) العَرْض المجعول ثمنًا (معدومًا، وتعذَّرت معرفته، كانت دعوى) المشتري (جَهْله) أي: جهل قيمته (كدعوا) ه (جَهْل الثمن، على ما يأتي) أي: مقبولة منه بيمينه، وتسقط الشُّفعة حيث لا حيلة
