(وإن عَيَّن صاحبها) أي: الوديعة (حِرْزًا، فجعلها) المودع (في) حِرْز (دونه، ضَمِن) الوديع (سواء رَدَّها) المودع (إليه) أي: إلى الحِرْز الذي عَيَّنه صاحبها (أو لا) لأنه خالفه في حِفظ ماله.
