(وإن أودعه بهيمةً ولم يأمره) ربُّها (بعلْفِهَا، و) لا (سقْيها) لزمه ذلك؛ لأنه من كمال الحِفْظِ، بل هو الحفظ بعينه؛ لأن العُرف يقتضي علْفها وسقْيها، فهو مأمور به عُرفًا (أو أمره) ربُّ البهيمة (بذلك) أي: بعلْفِهَا وسقْيها (لزمـ) ه علفها وسقيها؛ لأنه من حفظها.
