كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(وإن كان) المستودع أنفق (بغير إذنه) أي: الحاكم (مع تعذُّره) أي: إذن الحاكم، وغيبة رَبِّها، أو العجز عن استئذانه (وأشهد) المستودَعُ (على الإنفاق) أي: على أنه أنفق ليرجع (رجع) بما أنفقه على صاحبها؛ لقيامه عنه بواجب.
