(وإن حلف) المستودَع أنه لا وديعة لفلان عنده (ولم يتأوَّل، أَثِمَ) لحلفه كاذبًا، لكن إثم حلفه دون إثْمِ إقراره بها (ووجبت الكفَّارة) لحنثه بالحلف بلا تأويل.
