كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(وإن قال) المودَعُ: هي (لأحدهما، ولا أعرف عينه، فإن صدَّقاه، أو سكتا) عن تصديقه وتكذيبه (فلا يمين) عليه؛ إذ لا اختلاف (ويقرع بينهما) فمن خرجت له القُرعة، سلِّمت إليه بيمينه.
