كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(وله) أي: العبد (إعلام سَيِّده العَدلِ بها، إن أمنه) عليها (وإلا) يأمن سيده عليها (لزم) العبد (سترها عنه) أي: عن سيده؛ لأنه يلزمه حفظها، وذلك وسيلة إليه، ويسلِّمها للحاكم ليعرِّفها، ثم يدفعها إلى سيده بشرط الضمان.
