(ولا يُقَرُّ) اللقيط (بيد بدويٍّ يتنقَّلُ في المواضع) لأنه إتعاب للطفل بتنقُّله، فيؤخذ منه ويُدفع إلى من في قرية؛ لأنه أرفه له، وأخف عليه. (ولا) يُقر - أيضًا - بيد (مَنْ وجَدهُ في الحضَر، وأراد نقله إلى البادية) لأن مقامه في الحضر أصلح له في دينه ودنياه، وأرفه له، وأرجى لكشف نسبه، وظهور أهله.
