(فإن التقَطه في البادية مقيمٌ في حِلَّةٍ) بكسر الحاء المهملة: وهي بيوت مجتمعة للاستيطان، أُقر معه؛ لأن الحِلَّة كالقرية في كون أهلها لا ترحل لطلب الماء والكلأ (وأراد) أي: وأراد واجد اللقيط ببادية (النُّقْلة) به (إلى الحضر، أُقِرَّ) اللقيط (معه) لأنه أرفق به.
