(ويصح) أي: يجوز (التقاط ذِمِّي لذمي، ويُقَرُّ) الذمي (بيده) أي: الذمي؛ لقوله تعالى:{وَالَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا بَعْضُهُمْ أَوْلِيَاءُ بَعْضٍ}.
